We want you to love your Shauna Blake Nail Art wraps. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Nail wraps must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

Please note:

  • Top coats, base coats, and tools are non-refundable
  • Opened or used nail wraps are not eligible for refunds

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@shaunablakenailart.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
